How we got here

We built Sunny around a straightforward premise: redirect the commission we earn to the person actually signing the lease. Simple, direct, and no catch.
It's a small shift in where the money goes โ and a big difference for the person moving in.

We started with the most obvious question we could think of: the commission exists, we earn it โ so why not share it with the renter? It seemed almost too simple. That's how we knew it was right.
