We're new owners and have changed this small community from Airbnb/VRBO housing for short-term vacationers to long-term affordable housing for local residents. St. Joseph's Place consists of four cottages. Cottage #2 is a studio efficiency cottage that's about 320 square feet and fully furnished. It has a mini-split heating and cooling unit for your temperature comfort. Cottage #2 is available for rent for $895 per month for a 12-month lease. Call to inquire about monthly rent for shorter rental periods. We welcome Wickenburg police officers, firefighters and teachers, thanking them for their tireless public service. We have community rules and regulations created to make St. Joseph's Place a safe and wonderful place to call home in Wickenburg. A copy of these rules is available for inspection upon request. Qualifications to rent: Please apply using the online feature. This will provide us with a completed application, supporting documentation of your rental history and employment history, a credit report and a background report. Please provide a contact telephone number and email address and indicate the best time window to call you. Note that we have an (916) area code. After we review your completed application, if you’re qualified to rent, we’ll offer you a private viewing and answer any remaining questions you have. Please note that our procedures have changed, regrettably, due to excessive ghosting by people inquiring and their lack of courtesy communication causing us to waste our valuable time.
