Easy access to 405, 55 and 73 freeways. 10 minutes to John Wayne Airport (SNA).Lots of little shops nearby including my favorite auto repair place. There are 3 streets of 4plexes adjacent to about 850 homes that are $1.5MM - $2MM in price. Great neighborhood. My wife feels safe walking the dog everywhere in the neighborhood. Property manager/listing agent lives next door. NOTE: Landscaping is not finished. Exterior upgrades planned in the next 3-4 including fencing, gates, BBQ, sitting area. There will be privacy fencing and no public access to the property when completed. Street parking is generally not a problem before about 5 or 6 pm. RUBS allocation is $65.
