The house has a carport and additional parking in the driveway and on the street. The house has a small front yard a larger backyard with low maintenance landscaping and room for more gardening. We approve applicants who have a household income of three times the monthly rent amount (sorry, no cosigners), good credit (625 min. credit score) and positive landlord and/or employer references. Applicants cannot have any record of bankruptcies in the last two years or any previous unlawful detainers.
