The upstairs roommate is usually out, and the downstairs roommate keeps to himself while working from home. The cats will be around but they're chill. Overall, the house stays pretty calm. Location: Near Old Town Arvada, bus lines, and light rail. About 20 minutes to downtown Denver and 20 minutes to the mountains.
