“Applicant has the right to provide 25 Broadmoor with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30days old, as defined in § 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides 25 Broadmoor with a PTSR,  25 Broadmoor is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for 25 Broadmoor to access or use the PTSR.” Our secluded apartment community set back in mature landscaping offers high-end comfort and amenities with the convenience of nearby Colorado Springs shops, restaurants and services.
