Short-term rental options are available. Individual rooms may also be rented for $1,100-1000 per month- single occupancy, with all utilities plus Internet included. Access to kitchen and kitchen tools, patio and backyard is also included. Preference will be given to students enrolled in a post-graduate program and single professionals. Applicants must provide references and proof of available funds, sponsorship (i.e. student parents), or verifiable income. Background and credit checks are required. Tenants will be required to carry renters insurance for personal property and a minimum of $100,000 in liability coverage which is very affordable. Pets are not allowed unless approved by the owner. If a pet is approved, a refundable security deposit and a non-refundable pet fee will also be required. First month’s and last month’s rent are due prior to move-in. All move-in payments must be made via certified cashier’s check unless otherwise agreed by owner.
