Application Fee is done through Avail.co. The cost is 55.00 and includes credit, criminal and eviction background checks. An application fee for the Resort is also required and it is 40.00 to process. Monthly rent is $1375 security deposit $950, one pet non-refundable fee $300. We prefer to see the pet in person. Pets must be friendly. There is a one page sublet form for guest and owner to fill out for the the park (a second form is required only for stays 6 months and longer). Guest fill out the top part of the page, I fill out the bottom part. Once completed, I will email it back to the park. I keep the home clean, and I would expect the guest to do the same.
