One building is brick and is not for rent. The second is a two story guesthouse for rent to one occupant for $1520/month. The rent for a second occupant is $60 additional per month. Electricity is separately metered in your name. Water is $40/month per person. Sanitation is $20/month. Discount: $50 if the rent is paid on the first day that it is due each month. Leases end or are renewed during June-July. Income: 2.75 times the rent with copies of last four check stubs or bank statements- a good credit and rental history history can lower the income requirement. All occupants must have a valid government issued ID and a social security card. We have our own in-house application. Identity check, Credit, eviction & damage history, job & income status and background check are a part of this process, too. Pets: no dogs or other animals. maximum 2 cats- canaries are okay.
