Pick up keys at 200 Blue Fin Circle Suite 3 Savannah, GA 3.1410 • $125.00 non – refundable application fee • Please have all documents and deposits available at time of your rental application. • You may access our online application at https://galinmortgage.managebuilding.com/Resident/rental-application • All Applications must be completed entirely, and all documentation must be attached at time of completion of the application (All documents must have your name and employers name visible.) • 1 month of pay stubs- (ex: weekly pay- 4 pay stubs, twice a month- 2 pay stubs. All information must be attached in the link above for application to be processed. o Income – Must be 2.5 times of your NET income. • Employment Verification- Your employer must be able to verify your employment. • No Dispossessory's. • Holding Fees-holding fees must be received in cash/money order/electronic payment and are required to hold the property. • First Month's Rent – This will be due the same time as your holding fee. • Proof of established utilities is needed prior to move in • Properties may not be available to move into immediately once your application is processed, we can schedule a move in date and time. Some properties may take 2-3 weeks to move in. All rentals are on a first come first served basis and we do not hold any properties without a holding fee and first month's rent. Renters and lease renewals will be required to have rental insurance in the amount of $100,000.00 liability policy.
