We are offering no contact tours, virtual tours or guided upon request. Renter is responsible for for utilities, landlord is responsible for lawn care, snow removal and trash. Move-in requires a security deposit (one month's rent) and the first month's rent. We are pet-friendly with a $200 one time non-refundable fee and $20 monthly rent per pet. Applicants must have a 620+ credit score and monthly income of at least 2.5x the rent. A $50 application fee applies for credit and background screening.
