Our condo is located in the heart of the wonderful historic West End of Portland on Spring Street. The building is duplex style and has 4 condos on each side. AirBnB is not allowed in our building so there is no nightly or weekly turnover. Residents are quiet and respectful of neighbors. It is a wonderful place to live. The building has just had extensive work done. The entire building was just painted and has new stairs, new decking, and new doors. Pride of ownership is evident. We are seeking clean, respectful, and kind people to enjoy it while respecting the space. The condo is on the first floor and is sun drenched all day as the building faces directly south with no tree or building interference, which is very rare in the area.
