This is NOT a perfectly symmetrical 10-bedroom Georgian colonial style single-family home, but it IS a 2BR/1BA Chicago-style bungalow DUPLEX with an updated kitchen, chic as hell bathroom, private basement with laundry, covered patio, AND private 2-car garage parking.
