For stays under 60 days or during peak season, the nightly market rate will apply. Monthly leases that meet or exceed 91 days are tax-exempt.  FEES:  Please note that the published monthly rate does not include refundable security deposits, taxes, linens, travel/renters’ insurance, or any other applicable and optional fees. Homes that accept pets will require a nonrefundable $400 fee per pet.  RATES PAYMENTS:  Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. This is a three-bedroom, two-bath condo in the Sands V oceanfront condo complex in Carolina Beach. This condo was freshly renovated for the 2019 season with new flooring and ceilings, new drapes, upgraded bedding, lighting fixtures and painted. The primary bedroom and living room are oceanfront and lead out to the large ocean front decks, perfect for outdoor dining and watching the waves roll in. Both the primary bedroom and second bedrooms have Queen beds, the third bedroom has two Twin beds and there is an additional sofa bed for sleeping located in the living room. Enjoy a dip in the street side pool, or walk over to the ocean on the private walkover. Please note, there is no washer/dryer available in this unit.
