Homes that accept pets will require a nonrefundable $400 fee per pet. The home features two full kitchens and living areas with four smart TVs (65", 60", 55", and 32") with premium channels, a DVD player and two Keurig coffee machines. There are 5 Queen size beds, 2 Full size beds, and 1 full bunk bed. The swimming pool is not available for off-season use. Parking allows for seven cars in the driveway. No smoking and no pets allowed. Hot tub chemicals will be provided for tenant to self-maintain monthly.
