The private back yard features a seating area and picnic table for outdoor eating. Your booking includes bedding, linens, towels, Beach tags and beach gear (during the season). New window AC Units in every room. keep the house chilled in the summer and baseboard heaters keep it toasty int he winter. The home does not have a driveway, so guests will park on the street but a Parking Pass is provided for your stay. This cottage is only 5 houses (approx. 350 ft) away from boards! Linens, beach & bath towels are provided, as well as paper products when you arrive. 4 beach badges and beach ch 4 beach badges and beach chairs are also supplied by the property owners. Rates for early June and September will be lower, call for exact rates. Can be rented for less than 1 week with a 3 day minimum.
