ONE-TIME FEES
Application Fee: $50 per occupant over 18
Security Deposit: One month’s rent for qualified applicants. Security deposit alternative through OBLIGO
Move-in Inspection Fee: $75–This fee covers the required annual inspection by the City of Allentown
Utility Set-up: $10–This fee covers the initial set up of certain utilities that are rebilled to residents via submetering. Any utilities not transferred to the resident’s name will incur a monthly $25 administrative fee
Pets (if applicable): Cats–$200 Non-Refundable Fee Dogs–$350 Non-Refundable Fee One dog, one cat–$350 Non-Refundable Fee $50 PooPrints enrollment fee for additional dog
MONTHLY FEES
Parking: Daytime: $80 per month, Nighttime: $50 per month
Underground parking (if applicable): $125 per month
Utilities: Gas, Electric, Internet, Cable, Phone, Water/Sewer to be paid by resident
Renters Insurance: $15 per month if purchased through City Center Residential Master Policy
Amenity fee: $0 Pets (if applicable): Cats–$30 per month Dogs–$40 per month One dog, one cat–$60 per month

PetScreening (if applicable): $30 annual fee paid directly to PetScreening
