Seabird Suite ~Guesthouse at Kiawah River ~ Sleeps 2 ~ Resort Access  This property is available for guest stays ranging from 7 nights to 90 days.    Located in the heart of Kiawah River and set behind the homeowner’s main house, this relaxing sea cottage provides everything you need for your Low Country getaway.  This charming standalone guest house is walking distance to The Spring House Amenity Center (fitness center and pool), The Dunlin Auberge Hotel, the Kiawah River Farm, bike paths, pickle ball, and everything else Kiawah River has to offer.  Coastal Expeditions, adjacent to the Spring House, offers kayak and boat tours for a fee.     In the cottage, you can relax on a super comfortable king-sized bed.  The bathroom is fitted with a stand-up shower, and we provide all basic toiletries as well as towels and a hairdryer. There is also a clothes washer/dryer, wireless internet and the unit has an outfitted, full kitchen for your comfort and convenience.    There is parking on the left side under the carport as well as driveway parking.  Optional Spring House Amenity Center Access:  Enjoy the Spring House fitness center, pools, jacuzzi hot tub and sauna for a daily fee of $50 per person payable at The Spring House.      Kiawah River is a 2,000-acre resort on Johns Island featuring 20 miles of waterfront and walking trails with a 100-acre working farm, luxury hotel, and 9,000-foot amenity center. The Kiawah River community looks across the Kiawah River to the Island of Kiawah and is just a ten-minute drive to Kiawah Island's shops, grocery and restaurant area, as well as 15 minutes to the beautiful sands of Kiawah's Beachwalker Park, offering 10 miles of seashore to enjoy and explore.   Kiawah River is located off Betsy Kerrison Parkway and only 20 miles from downtown Charleston. Construction: There are nearby homes under construction. Some construction noise can be heard from the home during working hours.  Monday-Friday 7-7. Saturday 8-5.  The price reflects this and will increase upon completion.   THINGS TO KNOW: • No pets allowed. • This home does not include a golf cart or bikes.  There is the option to rent.    • Guests have access to one parking spot on the left side.  There is also parking at the street. -Sewee Properties Booking Process: -50% is due at the time of booking.  The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.  If within 30 days the total is due at the time of booking.  -You must return Sewee Properties Streamsign Guest License Agreement before the booking is fully confirmed.  This is sent via email and signed electronically.  -Sewee Properties Cancellation Policy is 30 days.  You will receive a full refund minus the 5% reservation fee is cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date.  No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
