We welcome pets here at The 23! We have weight restrictions set at 100 pounds combined weight with a two pet maximum. With each pet there is a$250 pet security deposit, a $250 non-refundable pet fee, and a monthly pet rent per pet of $25. Please speak with management regarding breed restrictions.
