The requirements for approval are: • A 595 minimum credit score, and no prior bankruptcies in the last 10 years. • Clear background check with no prior felonies in the last 10 years. • Two landlords need to be provided to verify rental history, if applicable, and they cannot be relatives. • Employment verification for the last year of employment. We only hold properties for 10 days for approved applicant(s) with the lease signed and security deposit paid. Pets allowed, two maximum.
