Breeze at Clear Lake Apartment is a charming, lovely and quiet community that is very well maintained with a super friendly staff. The property is an older community but appears new and is excellently cared for. The grounds provide walkway lighting, lush trees and greenery without being obtrusive. They offer two saltwater pools with plenty of seating and free Wi-Fi. The exterior is a beautiful pastel brick color in excellent shape with a soothing buttercream siding. The interiors are very clean and well laid out. Some floor plans include washer/dryer and others just have connections. The cabinets in both kitchen and bathroom are nice and look upgraded.
