Bluebonnet Estates offers both rental homes and homeownership opportunities. Community amenities include a swimming pool, playground, clubhouse, off-street parking, sidewalks, on-site management, and on-site maintenance. Our homes feature central heat and air, washer/dryer hookups, a refrigerator, and a stove/range. Most homes also include a dishwasher, although features may vary by home. Utilities are not included in monthly rent. Water and trash are billed separately through the community and added to the resident’s monthly statement, so residents do not need to establish a separate city water account. Bluebonnet Estates is served by Temple ISD. Nearby schools include Hector P. Garcia Elementary School, Lamar Middle School, and Temple High School. School assignments may change, so residents should verify current attendance zones directly with the district. Applicants with credit scores from 590–599 generally need income of approximately 3 times the monthly rent and may require a deposit of up to two months’ rent. Current move-in special: the $65 application fee is refunded with a signed lease, plus qualified move-ins receive a $250 move-in bonus that can be applied toward rent.
