Fees associated with your application: - $40 non-refundable application fee per occupant over 18 years old. Includes credit, background, and eviction check. (Married couples must complete separate applications.) - $35 non-refundable pet screening profile Generally, this is required after your application has been approved but may change depending on individual circumstances. Service Animals: A profile is not required where the need is obvious.
