Horizon Construction Group, Inc. is the project’s general contractor, and Horizon Management Services, Inc. will manage the property. The community will offer a 38-unit senior apartment building and 7 multi-family townhomes. The senior building is wood-frame over parking and the 7-unit townhomes are wood-frame, single-story with a 7-bay detached parking garage. Layton Preserve will offer an on-site fitness center and clubroom with a kitchen. The project broke ground in April 2024. The townhomes were completed in January 2025, and the senior building will be completed in September 2025.
