After your tour of the home and you know for sure the rental will suit you and your family needs and budget you may now choose to move forward with us and finalize your processing so you can schedule your move in date.. After you have been prequalified and after your tour takes place, choose to move forward, you know you have not wasted your time since you have already been prequalified and you like the rental and all your questions have been answered to your satisfaction. We have clean quality properties for well qualified applicants. TOURS MAY BE CONDUCTED WHILE THE CURRENT OCCUPANT HAS POSSESSION OF THE RENTAL BUT PRIOR NOTICE IS REQUIRED FOR EVERY TOUR. This BASIC information will be verified thru our vetting process. There is a $75 application fee for each approved adult to be listed on the lease to occupy the rental.
