Cash Back is now available on over 95% of listings on Sunny. That means more of the apartments you’re already considering can put money back in your pocket.

Every listing now comes directly from the property

Rental scams usually start with a fake listing. A scammer copies photos from a real apartment, posts it somewhere at a too-good price, and asks for a deposit before you’ve seen the place.

So we removed every listing that didn’t come directly from the property managers who run the building. Every apartment on Sunny now comes from the professional management company that actually leases it.

That means fewer listings overall, and we’re fine with that. A smaller list you can trust beats a bigger one you have to second-guess.

What this means for you

• The apartment you see is the apartment you can tour.
• You sign your lease with the property itself, not a middleman.
• No one on Sunny should ever ask you to send a deposit before you’ve toured. If anyone does, report the listing and contact us.
